Knowing how to get started, balancing life with training, and ensuring the body stays up for the challenge are key to making sure you get to the start of your event, and in the best shape to finish it.

Build a stronger body to be a better athlete

A strong body is one that can endure the rigours of an endurance training programme, means you are less likely to get injured, and will ultimately make you a better athlete. It’s often the first thing most people let slide, yet is one of the most important parts of any training regime.
