It’s shit. Let’s face it. Your body has been hijacked by your hormones leaving the chat. And no two women are the same. Which is why it’s so bloody hard to navigate. There is no roadmap. There isn’t even any guarantee about how long it will last.
But now it’s time to claim back some control.
