One-to-One Menopause Coaching
OK, but what the hell does this coaching involve?
No fluff, no fix-it fairy tales—just real-life coaching for real-life women who are navigating perimenopause without a manual. During our fortnightly online calls, we work together to untangle your hormonal chaos, cut through the wellness noise, and build a strategy that feels actually doable. There isn’t a pre-written plan with perky promises. It’s about you—what’s messing with your mojo, and what we can do about it.
You’ll decide on the steps you feel that you need to take and then draw up the actions that will bring this new reality to life. I’ll be your guiding hand but ultimately the ball is in your court. But you’re not on your own. Between calls we’ll be in contact regularly with tears, cheers and everything in between to make sure you see can see even falling off the wagon doesn’t doom you onto the menopause scrapheap forever.
The coaching is online, so you can take it from anywhere in NZ (or beyond), in your trackies, with unwashed hair, and possibly a fan blasting full force. You’ll get regular check-ins, real-time support, and guidance that actually makes sense—because no two women have the same experience and your solutions should reflect your reality
