Terms and Conditions

When you sign up to a coaching or strength training programme with Annalie Brown Coaching, you agree to the following conditions:

STRENGTH TRAINING CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

  • Strength training must be agreed and paid for in advance.

  • All strength training programmes are purchased as individual agreements and last six weeks.

  • In-person training sessions will take place at a Cityfitness gym in Wellington. If you do not have a Cityfitness membership you will be required to pay an additional $10 per session directly to Cityfitness.

TRIATHLON/ENDURANCE COACHING CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

  • Triathlon and endurance coaching agreements are by rolling monthly agreement. There is a minimum sign up period of three months and the agreement may be cancelled with one month’s notice.

  • You will not share the training plans or other resources provided by Annalie Brown Coaching with anyone else - they are for your own personal use only.

  • All coaching fees must be paid in advance.

  • We reserve the right to change prices for services at any time. You will be notified of any increases with at least one month’s notice.

  • Training programmes will be delivered weekly or monthly (depending on the programme selected) via an Annalie Brown Coaching account in Final Surge.

 YOUR HEALTH

  • You must not undertake any physical activity if you suffer from any injury, illness or disability which might cause additional injury or aggravation to such condition and you take full and personal responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and safety at all times.

  • You will take responsibility for illness, injuries, and medical conditions by immediately seeking professional help and treatment when needed.

 ACCIDENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

  • You understand that the triathlon and endurance coaching, and strength training programmes offered by Annalie Brown Coaching involve strenuous physical activity and by signing up to participate you accept the potential risks involved.

  • You will not hold Annalie Brown Coaching, and all of its Officers, Agents, Employees and Instructors, liable for any personal injury or loss of property. And you do not have any right of action against Annalie Brown Coaching, or any employee or agent of the company, in respect of any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your training.

  • You provide the indemnity with the knowledge of and in recognition of the possibility of injury or other dangers connected with any form of physical activity, including the activity usually included in triathlon and endurance coaching, and strength training programmes.

  • You are responsible for the procurement, maintenance and optimal adjustment of your own equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition and suitable for training purposes.
